Uganda Cranes goalkeeper Isma Watenga kept a clean sheet as Lamontville Golden Arrows edged Sekhukhune United 1-0 in South Africa’s Premier Soccer League on Thursday night.

The Ugandan keeper was named the man-of-the-match as the Arrows collected the maximum points that pushed them closer to the table leaders Mamelodi Sundowns.

Brandon Theron’s 29th-minute strike was enough to separate the two sides at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.

Golden Arrows will return to action on October 28th when they host giants Kaizer Chiefs at Mpumalanga Stadium.
