The leap can be attributed to the relatively decent performances against some of the continental powerhouses.
Uganda's National women's football team, the Cranes, have continued their steady ascendancy on the FIFA Women's World rankings.
In the rankings released on Friday by the global football custodians, the Crested Cranes are placed 150th, from 155th, where they sat in the previous August release.
The leap can be attributed to the relatively decent performances against some of the continental powerhouses.
The Cranes drew one-all against Algeria in the Women Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in Njeru. The latter would go on to sail through by a 3-2 aggregate victory.
