Ulinzi Stars failed to capitalize on getting all the three points against a KCB side in transition as both sides had to settle for a 0-0 draw.
One would have been forgiven for thinking there was more entertainment in a library if he got to witness the drubFKFPL encounter between Ulinzi Stars and KCB which resulted in a 0-0 at the Ulinzi Sports complex on Sunday afternoon.
Both sides struggled to create any real chances in the other side’s half, with the game being as dull as it got in the opening 30 minutes of the game.
KCB’s best chance to go ahead came through Danson Chetambe, whose right footed shot from just outside the box sailed just over the bar.

FKFPL McKinstry reveals frustration with Gor Mahia's tendency despite late win against Kariobangi Sharks
Chris Ochieng’s shot from outside the box was enough to give Gor Mahia all the three points in the very last minute but coach Johnathan McKinstry is not happy
The Bankers were also forced into an unprecedented early substitution when right back Kein Okumu had to be replaced by Victor Omondi after suffering injury.
KCB missed arguably their biggest chance 15 minutes into the second half when Stephen Etyang drove well with the ball down the right flank before cutting it back to James Mazembe who missed a glorious opportunity to take the lead.

FKFPL Gor Mahia reveal Benson Omala's price tag amid interest from USM Alger
Gor Mahia are seeking a substantial fee for star striker Benson Omala amid interest from USM Alger and other prominent clubs.
Ulinzi Stars boss Anthony ‘Modo’ Kimani was prompted to make two more changes having already made one at the break, taking off Nicholas Omondi and Ben Stanley for debutant Lesharn Ole Mootian and Michael Onyango, as he sought to find a breakthrough in the game.
The game did start to become end to end in the last ten minutes of the pitch with both sides bringing the ball just to the edge of the area but not penetrating and Ulinzi had a glorious chance to go ahead after winning a freekick in a dangerous position, but Shannel Makwata delivered a terrible ball way out of the field of play.
In the end, both sides would have to settle for a 0-0 draw and it now means KCB remains seventh in the league while Ulinzi Stars are 15th.
