Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) ended Victoria University's 2023/24 Pepsi University Football League journey after comfortably beating them 3-1 at Kabojja on Thursday.

A brace from Samuel Watuwa and another from Shafik Kawooya ensured three valuable points for IUIU on enemy territory.

The latter have now failed to master even one victory in this year's edition, only managing two stalemates thus far.

IUIU are now second in Group B with nine points after five points, while Victoria University stayed at the bottom with two.
