"I'm finally here, so I'm really happy for me and my family – it's a good moment," Smith Rowe told Fulham's club media.

"I'm really excited, I just wanted to get here as quickly as possible so I could get going with my teammates."

Smith Rowe is looking forward to a fresh start at Fulham, leaving behind his boyhood club Arsenal. He is eager to make an impact and contribute to the team's success.

Meanwhile, Iwobi netted the decisive winner to give Fulham a deserved and hard-fought 1-0 victory against Benfica in a pre-season friendly.

Alex Iwobi struck the only goal of the game, in a first half dominated by the Whites. A clinical counter-attack provided the breakthrough for the Premier League club, with Iwobi playing a cool one-two with Antonee Robinson before slotting inside the near post.
