The Napoli striker was among the Super Eagles stars seen at a nightclub in Lagos, having missed out on this year's FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Super Eagles of Nigeria and Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, was spotted with his National teammates at a popular nightclub in Lagos over the weekend.
The striker who turns 24 in December was seen hanging out with fellow Super Eagles stars John Ogu and Henry Onyekuru.
Ogu currently plays as a midfielder for Israeli club side Maccabi Jaffa while Onyekuru plays as a forward for Turkish Super Lig club Adana Demirspor on loan from Greek giants Olympiacos.
In a video uploaded on Onyekuru’s Snapchat, the trio were spotted together at one of the exotic locations on Lagos Island.
This comes just days after the Super Eagles were humbled in Lisbon in their international friendly match against Portugal ahead of the FIFA World Cup kick off in Qatar on Sunday, November 20, 2022.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria lost out at this year’s World Cup in Qatar following a pulsating 1-1 draw against Nigeria at the Mashood Abiola Stadium earlier in March.
A first-half strike by Thomas Partey was cancelled out by a penalty from Super Eagles captain William Troost-Ekong as both teams shared the spoils in Abuja.
The result confirmed the Black Stars’ qualification on away goals after the first leg ended in a goalless draw at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
And the defeat on Thursday against Portugal now meant the Super Eagles had failed to win any of their friendly matches in 2022.
Victor Osimhen and Henry Onyekuru Form & Goals 2022
Osimhen who missed out in the friendly match last week has been incredible for Napoli so far this season, currently leading the Serie A golden boot race with eight goals and has a total of 10 across all competitions this season.
