An incredible second-half capitulation saw the Mediterranean Knights let slip a 1-0 lead to lose 3-2 to Mozambique at the newly built Nelson Mandela Stadium in Algiers.
Melque Melito Alexandre, Feliciano Joao Jone, Pachoio Lau Ha King and Anias Saltou all came off the bench to score as Mozambique came from behind to shock the Knights to register their first-ever win in the competition.
The Mambas unleash venom on Knights
Three goals from three substitutes saw the Mambas take temporary control of Group A following a remarakble game against the Libyans.
All three goals came in the final 15 minutes of the game to earn Mozambique their first-ever victory in CHAN.

Alexandre, Joao Jone and Lau Ha King were the heroes for the Mambas as they overpowered the former champions.
The game in brief
After a rather cagey 20 minutes at the Nelson Mandela Stadium, the Mambas found themselves behind when their defender Francisco Muchanga's own goal put Libya ahead at the break.
The second-half saw the Knights remain on top of things in the game and nearly doubled their advantage just three minutes after the restart.
However, Mozambique goalkeeper, Victor Guambe, was alert to deny the Knights.

With Mozambique running out of time, their manager, Coach Francisco Conde, was forced into making three quick substitutions in the 55th minutes.
Two more substitions followed for the Mambas 15 minutes later and it wasn't long before the rewards arrived.
Two of the substitutes combined to draw the Mambas level as Melito unleashed an unstoppable shot to make it 1-1 in the 74th minute.
Six minute later, another sub Joao Jone completed the turnaround as he put Mozambique ahead for the first time in the game before Melito turned provider for Lau Ha King to wrap things off for the Mambas.
In added time, another substitute, this time for Libya, Anias Saltou ensured it was a tense end to game when he pulled one goal back to make it 3-2.
The Mambas held on to claim their first-ever win however in the competition in their second outing. The result sees them sit second behind the host, Algeria, who later won their game vs Ethiopia.
