Sheif Batte scored three goals and assisted as many for SC Villa in the League last season.
StarTimes Uganda Premier League giant SC Villa has parted ways with six players as they shape their team ahead of the new season.
Among the surprise, names include striker Sheif Batte who had a good partnership with Charles Bbaale as they finished third on the table.
According to sources, Batte and the club did not reach terms to renew the contract.
The forward, who joined from Gaddafi, scored three goals and assisted as many last season.
Batte leaves together with veteran defenders Fred Agandu and Hassan Musana, Burundian forward Pistis Barenge, Frank Muna Kalule and Nicholas Senono.
Bar for Agandu, the other four spent only one season after joining in August 2022.
