Bebe Cool, who has stood by his (Alpha) career since his toddler age, fist-pumped and instantly took to his socials to express his excitement.
On the fourth asking, youngster Alpha Thierry Ssali has netted his first-ever goal in the Uganda Premier League for his new side, Express Football Club.
Son to famous musician Moses Ssali alias Bebe Cool, the Uganda U-20 star scored as Express beat Soltilo Bright Stars FC 1-0 on Saturday at the Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.
With barely a sweat broken in the second minute, Ssali controlled a loose clearance in the box before thumping hard and high into the roof of the net.
The power on the ball had Bright Stars' goalkeeper Emmanuel Derrick Were well beaten as he fell on the deck rather than save.
Ssali then ran to the corner flag excitedly, just as were the Express fans beside the pitch.
