In the match played at the LASU Sports Center, Ojo, Okoro Emmanuel opened the scoring for LASU in the 10th minute with a powerful volley.
Teniola Samuel equalised for Federal University Oye Ekiti in the 38th minute after a goalmouth scramble.
The second half saw both teams battle for the winning goal, but it was Aiyeni Elijah's late strike that secured the victory for LASU.
