The seemingly agitated former FUFA boss looked to be aiming a missile at clubs that sign his student-players behind his back and then refuse to release them for the school games.
“Everything has got its time; now it's time to play football, and even those who have not seen you before want you in their clubs,” Mulindwa told the players.
“If they are not good managers at their clubs, they’ll mislead you; what they want are results whether you go to school or not; that’s not their problem.

Mulindwa seemed to refer to cases where the clubs sign the players without considering their academic progress as they focus on milking the players for results on the pitch.
“You have an institution which guides you and I think any club would respect it. If a school is paying your fees, there’s no club that can deny you to participate for the school if the club is normal,” he continued.
“Now, that club has misled you to sign a contract that you don’t understand; then it entails you training morning and afternoon and then comes that time to play [schools] championship and they can't release you. I don’t want Bacuba here but students who are in school,” he summarized.
Mulindwa could’ve been directing his anger to several among the KCCA youngster Hassan Mubiru who was expected to play for the school but reportedly failed to turn up for sessions forcing coach Daniel Male to drop him from his squad.
