Mikel Arteta trusts Raheem Sterling's quality and energy ahead of pivotal North London derby.
The north London derby is just hours away and questions are being raised among fans whether Raheem Sterling will make his debut for Arsenal.
Serling joined Arsenal from Chelsea on a free transfer on deadline day joining Mikel Arteta, whom they worked with at Manchester City.
During Arsenal's press conference, Arteta was questioned about Sterling and what he wants to achieve at Arsenal.
"Well... What I see is hunger and he is a player that wants to play every minute of every game when it's not the case he is not happy. He loved football it's what he liked doing every single day and I see that and his commitment and the level of energy that he is bringing to the team and the quality is a big boost and you can feel from the players as well," said Arteta.
Arteta's still trusts that Sterling can provide Arsenal the boost they need against Tottenham even after last working together year ago.
He plays both on the right and the left wing and can perhaps provide a solution to Arteta for Gabriel Martinelli who seems to have lost his shooting boots.
Alongside Bukayo Saka, Sterling will make it possible for arsenal to play with Leandro Trossard and Kai Havertz as striker and attacking midfielder respectively.
