Mikel Arteta has hit back at Harry Kane, who questioned the commitment of some players who withdrew from the England squad, including Bukayo Saka.
Saka missed England’s clash against Greece and Ireland after sustaining an injury in Arsenal’s 1-1 draw against Chelsea.
However, the England international returned to the Arsenal squad against Nottingham Forest after the international break.
The winger scored the opening goal for the Gunners in their 3-0 win against Forest and returned to winning ways after going four games without a win.

Arteta responds to Saka’s injury
Arteta has claimed that a scan of Bukayo Saka’s injury will be sent to anyone saying the winger was fit to play for England.
Following the withdrawal of Saka and eight other players from the England squad, Harry Kane, the captain of the Lions, questioned the players' dedication.
However, according to the Sun, Kane’s comment has led to Arteta saying, “We can send them the MRI scan; it’s very simple.
“The communication was very clear between the medical staff of Arsenal and the national team. He needed time to heal. He has done one training session.”
Lee Carsley's initial 26-man list for the Nations League matches against Greece and the Republic of Ireland included Saka and teammate Declan Rice.
The England medical staff was informed of Saka's scan results by Arsenal, and they recommended that the youngster continue receiving treatment at the Gunners. Rice, who was playing with a broken toe, also dropped out.
Cole Palmer and Levi Colwill also pulled out, as did Phil Foden and Jack Grealish as well as Jarrad Branthwaite. All five of those players played for their teams yesterday.
