We take a look at the possible outcomes of the final day of the Premier League title race.
The final day of the Premier League draws nearer and with a champion yet to be decided, the winner of the title race will finally be known on the last day of the season.
This will be a very thrilling end as both teams will be at home to their visitors. Arsenal host Everton while Manchester City host Aston Villa. To whose home will the trophy go to?
Arsenal
For Mikel Arteta’s men, their hope in Tottenham Hotspur was quashed by a relentless City who beat Spurs at their home 2-0. Pressure was mounted on the reigning champions as this was the long-awaited game in hand.

There's a chance: Ian Wright believes Arsenal can win Premier League title
Arsenal legend Ian Wright has given the team a “slim chance” of winning the Premier League title on the final day of the season.
On the final day of the season, anything other than a win for Arsenal will automatically hand the title to City regardless of their result against West Ham. If they win, and City draw, they will win the league on goal difference.
Manchester City
The win at Tottenham took them two points clear at the top of the table, but they are still at risk of losing the league because Arsenal have a better goal difference.
Pep Guardiola’s men need to do only one thing if they want to be champions for a record fourth consecutive time, be clutch.

Cole Palmer: Did Chelsea star really deserve young player award over Bukayo Saka?
Chelsea's Cole Palmer was named Premier League Young Player of the Season over the likes of Arsenal's Bukayo Saka, and Manchester United star Kobie Mainoo.
City are no strangers to final-day drama. Dating back to the Sergio Aguero goal against Queens Park Rangers that stole the title from Manchester United on goal difference, to the amazing performance against Aston Villa when they came back to win in that game and subsequently clinch the league with only a point more than Liverpool.
There is no possibility that the league will be taken to a playoff stage because neither of the teams will finish with the same points or goal difference thanks to Haaland’s two goals at Spurs that gave them a two-point lead.
