During Galatasaray’s Turkish Super Lig game against Samsunspor, Osimhen wasted no time getting on the scoreboard, heading home a pinpoint cross from Lucas Torreira just three minutes into the game.
Samsunspor equalised in the 50th minute through Olivier Ntcham’s penalty, but Osimhen quickly responded. In the 55th minute, capitalising on Samsunspor’s goalkeeper’s fumble to score his second header of the night, reclaiming the lead for Galatasaray.
Michy Batshuayi then sealed the victory with a late goal, securing Galatasaray's position atop the league standings with 31 points.
