Newly appointed Uganda Cranes head coach Put Paul Joseph has particularly been impressed with the team's attitude and discipline ahead of a World Cup qualifier with Guinea on Friday at Stade Du Municipal in Berkane, Morocco.

“A committed group works together, and I believe this will be portrayed on the pitch for us to get a good result.”
Uganda takes on a team stacked with quality as they boast stars from all over Europe, but Put isn't bothered as he feels his team will ably compete.

Ugandans will mainly be interested in seeing the team's new style, Put's preferred eleven and, of course, the result at first asking.
“I know they have a good team with quality players. Some and the majority play in Europe, but I have the trust in my players to pull off a great performance.” He said.
Meanwhile, team captain Khalid Aucho reiterated the team's readiness to fight for positive results.
“It is always an honour for us to play for the National Team and as players we are ready for tomorrow’s game."
