Kampala Queens and CBE lead Group A with three points each, but the Ugandans are ahead courtesy of their superior goal difference.
Buja Queens' head coach Feruzi Haruna is hopeful that his team will recover from their opening day loss to pick points from Kampala Queens when the two meet on Matchday two of the CAF Women’s Champions League qualifiers.
The two sides meet on Tuesday as the Burundians fight to restore their chances against a Kampala Queens side that registered the biggest win on the opening day.
Kampala thumped Yei Joints Stars 3-0, while Buja gave away a 1-0 lead at halftime to lose 2-1 against Commercial Bank of Ethiopia.

Feruzi blamed the loss on an exhausting road trip from Bujumbura and a couple of players who arrived late for the match.
“We were a bit exhausted because of the long journey, and that’s the reason our levels dropped in the second half,” he said.

“We missed about four players who came in the second batch and arrived late, but they will boost our squad against Kampala [Queens]. I’m confident that the two days rest and their addition will be enough to give us the result we need to resuscitate our campaign,” he added.
The four include experienced Kenyan forward Vivian Corazone Aquino.
