Premier League legend Yaya Toure has become the latest high-profile name to move to Saudi Arabia after he landed a coaching role.
Pulse Sports can report that the former Manchester City star has joined the Saudi Arabian national team ahead of the FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Yaya Toure moves to Saudi Arabia
Per a BBC Sports report, Toure has reunited with his former manager at Man City, Roberto Mancini, as his new assistant manager.
Toure has been at the Belgian outfit, Standard Liege, where he has been learning the ropes in the same capacity since June 2023.
The 40-year-old and Mancini will work together again after their time in the Premier League, where they were together for three years.
Yaya was at the Etihad for eight years after he joined the Cityzens in the summer of 2010. He started his coaching journey in 2019.
He has also had spells at Premier League side, Tottenham, where he managed the academy, Olimpik Donetsk, and Russian side, Akhmat Gozny.
Yaya’s bio
During his eight years in the Premier League, the Ivorian established himself as one of the best players to ever grace the league.
He was lured to the home of the champions from Barcelona by Mancini, who has again moved to reunite with his former player.
They spent three years together at Man City and led the Cityzens to their first-ever Premier League title in 35 years in the 2010/2011 season.
