Chelsea have been urged to abandon their chase for Victor Osimhen and focus on another area of the team.
Former Chelsea star Shaun Wright-Phillips has cautioned the Blues against pursuing Victor Osimhen in the January transfer window.
The Blues are still in the market for an elite striker as they look to take the title race right to the very end.
However, while Wright-Phillips accepts that the Blues need reinforcements, he believes their attack is fine at the moment.

Better than Osimhen? - Chelsea set to sign hot PL striker
Chelsea are increasingly interested in securing the services of another potent striker
The former Man City man recommends that the club prioritize signing an experienced defender to replace Thiago Silva, who departed Stamford Bridge last year.
While acknowledging Osimhen's potential as a top Premier League player, Wright-Phillips believes that Chelsea's defensive vulnerabilities have been laid bare.
He told Sportscasting:
"I think Victor Osimhen would be a top player in the Premier League, but I wouldn't necessarily say that the striker position is where Chelsea should be prioritising in the next few transfer windows."
"They let Thiago Silva go, but they didn't replace him. I think they need more experience in the defence rather than in the striker position right now."
He also pointed out that Chelsea's struggles lie in conceding goals, rather than scoring them. Wright-Phillips noted:
"They are not struggling to score goals. That is not a problem for them right now.
"The problem is they are conceding goals. If they can cut some of those mistakes, then again, we see a different Chelsea."
