Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is reportedly ready to offload one of the club's midfielders this summer.

One player who's likely to be on his way out is star winger Jack Grealish. After shining during City's treble-winning season, the 29-year-old's form has nosedived over the past 20 months.

Injuries have taken their toll, but it's clear Guardiola no longer trusts him to start games. Grealish, who rakes in £300,000 a week, hasn't been named in the starting lineup for a Premier League match since December 21st against his former club Aston Villa. He's been relegated to an unused substitute in 7 of the last 10 matches he's been selected for.
According to the Mirror, AC Milan is reportedly keen to take Grealish off City's hands, either on loan or permanently, at the end of the season.
The Italian giants are willing to shell out around £40m to secure his signature – a price City would be happy to accept.
