Annie Kilner has reportedly served the estranged Man City star with divorce papers as she aims to part with half of his multi-million-dollar fortune.
Kyle Walker’s personal life is exploding off the pitch as his wife, Annie Kilner, has officially filed for divorce, Pulse Sports reports.
Not only did she serve him with the divorce papers but she is also coming for half of his $35 million fortune to ensure her financial security as they part ways.
According to latest reports, the 31-year-old mother of his four children has had enough of Walker’s repeated infidelities, and after lawyering up, Kilner is ready to drag him through the courts.
The couple, who have been together since their teenage years, have seen their marriage fall apart following scandal after scandal, most recently involving Walker’s ex-mistress, Instagram influencer Lauryn Goodman.
"Kyle was stunned when he got the papers," a source told The Sun.
"He’s spoken to Annie about them, and they are discussing the next steps. This doesn’t necessarily mean they will divorce, but Annie wants Kyle to know she’s not messing about.”
The source added, “If this is a bluff, it may well backfire.”
Walker, who has been consulting lawyers of his own, seems to be bracing for what could be a very ugly legal battle.
What to know about Kyle Walker’s cheating scandals and messy love child drama
Annie Kilner’s decision to file for divorce comes after years of cheating scandals involving the 34-year-old Manchester City star.
Their relationship hit rock bottom when Lauryn Goodman revealed that Walker was the father of her child in a shocking text to Annie while she was pregnant with the couple’s fourth son.
"What he has done to me and our children is obscene," Annie said in an exclusive interview with The Sun.
"I can't begin to put it into words. He begged me to take him back, but by July, he was at it again. Not even three months later, someone was pregnant."
The couple’s marriage was already under strain when Walker’s £50 million move from Spurs to City in 2017 triggered a series of sex scandals.
Reality TV star Laura Brown claimed she had numerous flings with the footballer in his Bentley, and Walker even broke Covid lockdown rules by having an orgy with two escorts.
Despite all the drama, Annie took him back, and they secretly wed in November 2021.
But the last straw that broke the camel’s back came when Lauryn gave birth to their daughter, Kinara, and sent that bombshell text to Annie during a City match.
Walker, trying to cover up the situation, even considered leaving Manchester City for Bayern Munich to escape the looming scandal.
“I don't think I'll ever be the same again because of what he's done,” Annie admitted, expressing the emotional toll it has taken on her.
Annie Kilner was reportedly flabbergasted after the court papers revealed for the first time the chunky sums Kyle had been secretly giving to his former mistress, Lauryn.
The Sun reports that Kyle had increased her housing budget from $2.4million to $3.1million after she threatened to move within 10 minutes of his Cheshire home.
The England international also paid $62,428 for fitted wardrobes and a media screen, $97,544 for a furnishing fund, $11,854 for 14 CCTV cameras, $7,348 for an alarm and $67,849 for curtains and a blind.
As the divorce proceedings heat up, Annie is reportedly gunning for half of Walker’s massive fortune, and with tensions at an all-time high, this could be one of football’s messiest splits yet.
