Victor Boniface has claimed that the German language is difficult to learn and he is not interested in going for classes.
The Super Eagles star has been with the German team Bayer Leverkusen since 2023 after joining from Belgian side Union SG.
He has been an important player for Xabi Alonso’s side, helping the team set a remarkable unbeaten record last season.
The forward has taken his last season’s form into the new season, having scored three goals and provided one assist in his last four games.

Boniface speaks about going to German classes
Bayer Leverkusen star has made it clear that he is not looking to learn the German language despite playing in Germany.
Speaking on Sporty TV, as reported by @𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗷𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗯𝗼𝘆 on X, Boniface said, "Like Nathan (Tella) for example is going to German class but I no get that time... German is a difficult language but I dey house. God go epp us..."
The Nigerian international claimed that the German language is difficult to learn and he is not ready for it.
The striker mentioned that he does not have time to go to classes and prefers to stay back at home.
Boniface also said that his fellow Super Eagles teammate, Nathan Tella, is currently taking classes to learn German.
Meanwhile, Boniface will be looking to build on his scoring form after coming off the bench to score the winning goal for Leverkusen against Wolfsburg.
