Former Manchester United star Mason Greenwood will be a father for the second time.
Marseille forward Mason Greenwood is reportedly preparing to welcome his second child with partner Harriet Robson.
The news comes just months after a highly publicized domestic abuse case in 2022, when the former Man United star was arrested following footage of a bloodied and bruised Harriet.
The couple, who already share a daughter named Summer born in July 2022, are set to add to their family in the new year, as reported by The Sun.
A close source shared:
“Mason has done a lot of growing up in the last couple of years, especially since he has become a father.”
Mason Greenwood’s tumultuous journey away from Man United
Before his departure from Old Trafford, Greenwood was embroiled in serious allegations including attempted rape and assault—charges that were ultimately dropped when key witnesses withdrew their testimony.
However, the England international has found a new home at Marseille after completing a transfer to the Ligue 1 giants in the summer.
The French club secured his talents for £26 million, offering him a five-year deal amid renewed interest in his abilities on the pitch.
The 23-year-old has enjoyed a promising start in Ligue 1, scoring five goals since his move.
After a productive loan spell at Getafe, where he netted 10 goals in 36 appearances and earned the title of player of the season, Greenwood appears to be regaining his form and confidence.
The talented forward has also been linked with a transfer to Spanish club Barcelona.
