After purchasing a multi-million-dollar estate in Miami, the richest Brazilian footballer in the world has lavished heavily again on an exclusive 5-star penthouse in Dubai.
Brazilian football sensation Neymar has just set the bar even higher for luxury living.
The Al Hilal star, who made waves with his 2023 transfer to Saudi Arabia for a staggering €100 million, has dropped a jaw-dropping ₦90.4 billion (more than €50 million) on a one-of-a-kind penthouse in Dubai.
This isn’t just any penthouse; it’s part of the world’s first-ever Bugatti-inspired residence, the prestigious ‘Residences by Binghatti’.
The opulent property features jaw-dropping amenities, including a private swimming pool, a panoramic view of the Dubai skyline, and even a high-tech elevator capable of transporting his car directly to his penthouse.

Neymar pens deal to own a residence in Dubai’s filthy-rich abode
Neymar's latest purchase comes weeks after the former PSG and Barcelona star acquired an estate worth ₦47.6 billion in Miami.
The deal was finalised in a star-studded ceremony on Monday, where Neymar, accompanied by his father and his fiancée, Bruna Biancardi, inked the contract alongside Bugatti’s sales manager, Abdullah Binghatti and his father Neymar Santos Sr.
The couple posed for photos, exuding elegance and excitement over their new extravagant purchase.
The penthouse, part of an exclusive 182-home development, isn’t just a status symbol—it’s a statement.
With values in the development ranging up to 200 million Emirati dirhams (€51 million), Neymar’s penthouse is reportedly one of the priciest in the collection.
The residences will feature 171 Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion Penthouses, each uniquely crafted with bespoke, curated layouts.
While the properties won’t be ready until 2027, Neymar’s purchase solidifies his place as one of the world’s richest footballers.
