Ngannou and UFC
Ngannou was recently stripped of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight title by President Dana White.
The Predator as Ngannou is known is now a free agent and has stated his intention to move from MMA to boxing.
There has been no approach from top heavyweights Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury to fight Ngannou in the ring.
WBC boxing champion Fury is in negotiations with WBA, IBF, IBO, and WBO champion Oleksandr Usyk on an undisputed fight.
Joshua, on the other hand, is expected to return to the ring against a top 15 caliber opponent later in the year before a mega fight against Fury or Deontay Wilder.
Ngannou now has an approach from British boxer Fillian Whyte on an MMA and boxing doubleheader to consider.
