Kenyan rally champion Hamza Anwar, after winning the Junior title, eyes a new Skoda car to conquer the Africa Rally Championship.
Fresh off his victory in the Junior Africa Rally Championship Kenyan driver Hamza Anwar has already setting his sights on a new challenge.
Anwar, who secured his second consecutive Junior ARC title, has his eyes on a third win and a potential switch to the prestigious Africa Rally Championship (ARC) for the upcoming season.
"We want to go for ARC next year because we are not sure if we are going for the Junior World Rally Championship again," Anwar revealed in an interview with Hapa Sport.
"We want to do the ARC with hopefully a Skoda next year but we are looking for sponsors. We have shown we have consistency, we have what it takes, let's see if we can get some sponsorship and drive a Skoda next year," he concluded.
