M-Sport Ford team principal Richard Millener has candidly addressed concerns surrounding the team's performance as they aim for a return to the podium in the upcoming World Rally Championship (WRC) events.
Despite a promising start to the season, recent struggles have raised doubts about their capability to maintain momentum on the gravel tracks.
The team had a strong opening with French driver Adrien Fourmaux achieving two top-three finishes in the first three rounds.

However, the joy was short-lived as technical difficulties began to plague their progress.
"The last rally in Sardinia was one of the toughest European events on the WRC calendar, and it proved difficult to sustain the good run Adrien has enjoyed from the beginning," Millener explained.
The focus then shifted to the mechanical woes that beset Fourmaux's Ford Puma Rally1 Hybrid.

Despite these setbacks, there was a silver lining as Grégoire Munster, another promising talent within the team, managed to clinch his best result so far, finishing fifth.
"We were pleased with Grégoire’s speed and congratulate him and Louis Louka on their best result," said Millener.
