The She Cranes were far from vintage on the night when the Welsh Feathers showed up to win on home soil.
She Cranes head coach Fred Mugerwa wasn't pleased with both the officiation and his team's display.
"I think we played badly on our side, (but) there were certain calls that we were not satisfied with, and I think that demoralized the girls, especially when we tried to catch up," he said after the defeat.

NETBALL Star Haniisha Muhameed to miss She Cranes' Test Series against Wales
However, Muhameed will be available for the She Cranes for the Vitality Netball Nations Cup, where they will play powerhouses England, New Zealand and Australia.
The She Cranes lost all four quarters, 14-12, 13-11, 15-11 and 13-11, respectively, to suffer by a difference of 12 goals.
"Someone (umpire) blows the whistle on things that didn't happen; some fouls were being manufactured by the umpires," Mugerwa added.
"But generally, we also played badly, and I think we have to rectify in the remaining two matches."
"If we had scored our goals early enough, it would have been different, but we gave them that chance by missing obvious goals, which gave them the confidence, but we're going to work on that."
"Tomorrow, we have two training sessions to work on our mistakes. There were a lot of problems behind there and the shooting," Mugerwa summed.
