Youngster Hamza Anwar is one of the stars who has entered the race and will be navigated by Adnan Din.

The fifth round of the Kenya National Rally Championship (KNRC) heads to Eldoret from Friday 4 to Saturday 5 August after a successful fourth round held in Naivasha during the World Rally Championship (WRC) Safari Rally in June.

Youngster Hamza Anwar is one of the stars who has entered the race and will be navigated by Adnan Din who will be driving a Mitsubishi Evolution 10. Jasmeet Chana, navigated by Ravi Chana will be in the mix and will be also driving a Mitsubishi Evolution 10.

National champion Karan Patel will also be hoping for a bounce back after a disappointing outing at the Safari rally. He will be navigated by Tauseef Khan and also driving a Mitsubishi Evolution 10.

Another one who has confirmed participation is Issa Amwari navigated by Dennis Mwenda. Ghalib Hajee will also be in the mix and will be navigated by Riyaz Ismail. The duo will be driving the Mitsubishi Evolution 10.

Youngster Jeremiah Wahome navigated by Victor Okundi (Ford Fiesta), Rajveer Thethy navigated by Wayne Fernandes (Subaru Impreza) and Mcrae Kimathi navigated by Mwangi Kioni (ford fiesta) are also among the top entries.

Others who have entered the tight race include Kush Patel navigated by Mudasar Chaudry (Subaru Impreza), Ian Duncan navigated by Jaspal Matharu (Nissan 280 Z), Amman Shah navigated by Rahil Shah (Subaru Impreza) and Sam Karangatha navigated by Edward Ndukui (Datsun 180B).

Sameer Nanji navigated by Vinay Shah (VW Golf MK 2), Jose Sardinha navigated by Shameer Yusuf (Pajero Mitsubishi) and Navdeep Sadhu navigated by Mohamed Khurram (Subaru leone) have also confirmed participation.
