The Youth Games are scheduled to be held in Asaba, the Delta State Capital, from September 7th–17th.
Enoh made the revelation during the visit of the leadership of the forum of Directors of Sports of the 36 States of the federation, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in his office.
The Minister promised to grant all sports the attention they deserve, without bias, and intends to converge all stakeholders to a meeting of the Council of Sports in due course, to help in modifying and solidifying the nation's sports policy, to be at par with the world's best standards.
Senator Enoh also revealed his intention to meet with the Governor's forum to solicit their support for sports development and funding.
He said, "Finally, I will like to assure the forum that we will prioritize the revitalization of the eight sports zonal offices, by bringing them back to life without further delay, to anchor our programmes and serve as our liaison with the states under their watch".

National Sports Festival: Ogun State Govt. vows to support athletes' preparataion
Ogun State will host the 22nd National Sports Festival in 2024.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of forum of Directors of Sports Utobo Emmanuel said the purpose of the visit was to publicly congratulate him on his appointment as Minister of Sports and to update him on the operations of the forum, whose members make up the majority of constituents that make up Nigeria's National Council on Sports.
According to Mr. Emmanuel, "the forum of Directors of Sports, play a pivotal role in the development of sports in Nigeria through grassroots sports because all the athletes are nurtured from the state, before being turned over to the federations and national teams; as elite competitors".
Delta State won the sixth edition at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, with 60 gold, 26 silver, and 28 bronze medals to make it six wins in the six National Youth Games since 2013 when Abuja hosted the first edition.
