The Green Bay Packers are reportedly willing to wait until the draft to trade away Aaron Rodgers, to ensure they get a good return.

The Green bay Packers, New York Jets, and veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers are locked in a three-way negotiation to find a perfect solution as regards a trade for the four-time MVP Aaron Rodgers.

While there is an expectation that a deal should be done before the start of free agency, Yahoo Sports reports that the three parties are still in a standoff and no deal has been done at this time.

It is now being reported that the Packers will be happy to wait until April 27 to complete any deal while seeking the absolute best possible haul in return, potentially multiple first-round picks.

That could very well be a negotiation tactic to speed things along but it seems absolutely certain that Rodgers will be playing in a different jersey next season.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that Las Vegas Raiders tight end Darren Waller is being traded to the New York Giants for a third-round pick.

The Raiders are also set to acquire former New England Patriots receiver Jakobi Meyers on a three-year deal.
