RUGBY Amonde reveals how Shujaa is amending previous mistakes that led to World Series relegation
The former Shujaa captain, who is now part of the coaching setup, has explained why they have given chances to several young players in preparation for a monumental 2024.
“Today, they played exceptionally well, filling in for some of our sidelined players. We hope to have a full squad for the next game.”
Despite the dominant performance, KCB was somewhat inefficient in try-conversions during the second half, preventing them from securing the maximum points from the game.
“This was a fair game, and I must congratulate the boys. We started on a low but picked up the momentum, and the results speak for themselves. As the league is in its early stages, our focus is on building a strong team to ensure victories in the upcoming matches.”
