KCB scored five tries in the first half to cap off a dominant display against Kenya Harlequin to keep their hopes of finishing top of the Kenya Cup table alive.
KCB tossed aside Kenya Harlequin 45-15 to put themselves in a good place to challenge Kabras Sugar next weekend in a Kenya Cup clash that took place at the KCB Sports Club in Ruaraka on Saturday afternoon.
KCB got off to a flier after sustaining some pressure inside the Harlequin 22 yard zone before landing a try through Martin Owilah which was well converted by Lionel Adeliti.
Harlequin couldn't heed to the warning signs, and KCB would follow it up quickly with another well converted try landed by Austin Sikutwa after he punted his way into the try box nonchalantly.
Even though Quins did claw three points back after winning a penalty, Sikutwa would land another well converted try in the 12th minute after a series of neat exchanges of passes resulted in him finding his way through, and now, Harlequin had a mountain to climb.
