Wambua has made just one change to the side that delivered victory at the 2023 Safari Sevens tournament.
Kenya Sevens boss Kevin ‘Bling’ Wambua has named the Shujaa squad that will be heading to Dubai on Monday for the first leg of the Challenger Series which will commence next weekend.
Wambua has retained a majority of the players that helped deliver the 2023 Safari Sevens Tournament on home soil, but has dropped Herman Humwa, while bringing back George ‘Japolo’ Ooro, who had missed the squad due to injury.
Wambua has also named Brian Mutugi in his squad after the talented Mwamba winger enjoyed a proper debut tournament with Shujaa in November.
