The title decider between Kobs and Stanbic Black Pirates was expected to be a tightly contested one but turned out one-sided as the Sea Robbers cruised to the second Nile Special Rugby League title.
The Rugby Cranes captain closed the season with the same level of consistency he exhibited throughout the campaign as the Sea Robbers found their way to the top.
He ended the season with 149 points, 28 ahead of second-placed Kobs' flyhalf Joseph Aredo (121), who only got two conversion points in the last game.
In third place is the only forward in the top five. Kobs' back-rower Pius Ogena (110) scored 22 tries and was looking to set a new try-scoring record on Saturday.
