Musa recently took to social media to give an update to the Northern community known as Arewa.

Musa made it known that he had a charity football match scheduled and urged fans to attend.
The charity football match happened in Kaduna on the 30th of June 2024.
Musa has now taken to social media to celebrate fans attending the event at the Ahmed Musa Neighbourhood Center Kaduna.

Along with the photos was a message that said, "I want to use this opportunity to say a massive Thank you to everyone who turned out for our day of fun with some of your favorites yesterday!
"It was an amazing turnout and I'm confident everyone had fun 🌟⚽🎤🎭 Your energy and enthusiasm made the event truly special.
"I am also grateful to all the celebrities that took time out of their busy schedule to make it happen.

Musa was not called up for the Super Eagles' last 2026 FIF World Cup qualifiers against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa and Benin Republic but is expected to return to the fold for the next international break.
