Over 491,000 people have searched for the blonde celebrity in the past two years.
Although Emma Raducanu came in second place, Lehmann had accrued 360,630 searches, putting her approximately 150,000 searches behind her.
Following Raducanu are two more tennis players, Camila Giorgi, and Serena Williams, who come in third and fourth, respectively.
Recently, Giorgi, a lingerie model who also appeared at Roland Garros, had a razor-thin margin against Williams, who received 251,400 searches to Giorgi's 249,500.
Lehmann will take the field first on Friday, July 21, when Switzerland takes on the Philippines.
Only two football players—Morgan and Lehmann—made it into the top 25, with tennis emerging as the most well-represented sport with seven stars.
