Sergi Roberto captain of Barcelona
After serving the team for two seasons as its third captain since Leo Messi's departure in 2021, Sergi Roberto now leads Barça as its first captain.
Sergio Busquets and Gerard Piqué served as the first two captains last season.
Sergi Roberto replaced Piqué as the team's second captain for the remainder of the season in November, and now that Sergio has left, the FC Barcelona number 20 rises to the top of the list.

Ter Stegen was promoted to second captain thanks to this domino effect.
Additionally, Ronald Araujo and Frenkie de Jong assume the third and fourth positions as captains following the aforementioned departures.
Sergio Busquets and Messi have been unveiled at Inter Miami, with Alba also joining the former Barcelona captains.
