With a brief note, Obi-Martin who recently featured for Denmark has now officially announced his departure from Arsenal.
He wrote on Instagram: “I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Arsenal for the past four years.
"The experiences and growth I've achieved here have been truly invaluable.
"A special thanks to the coaches, staff, and teammates at Hale End, the memories made will always be remembered.
"Thank you once again for this journey. I wish everyone continued success and all the best in the future."

Obi-Martin will now decide how he wants to proceed, and he anticipated communicating soon.
Leading the race to sign him is United, with technical director Jason Wilcox having a major influence.
Rasmus Hojlund has been praised by Obi-Martin in the past as his inspiration, and the young player may soon be playing with him.
Despite his youth, Obi-Martin possesses a great deal of potential, thus it is possible that he may have immediate access to the Manchester United starting lineup.

At the international youth level, Martin Obi, whose mother is Danish and whose father is Nigerian, has represented both Denmark and England.
