Former Uganda Cranes defender flaunts American wife
Former Uganda Cranes defender Henry Kalungi celebrated his American wife Jacqueline Kalungi's birthday, showering her with praise and glory.
The former Proline defender has labelled Jacqueline 'queen' and a blessing to their family in a Twitter post.
"Happy birthday to the queen of the family. We love you and appreciate everything you do for us and others. Thank you for being a blessing to so many," Kalungi posted.
Kalungi, who has a child with Jacqueline, met her at Winthrop University in the United States, where he studied and played football years back.
While Kalungi was a football player, Jacqueline played volleyball at Winthrop University.
The couple, through the Kalungi Foundation, have done charity give-backs to the Ugandan community on multiple occasions over the recent years.
After three years at Winthrop, Kalungi played with the Hampton Roads Piranhas and the Fredericksburg Gunners in the USL Premier Development League and was named to the All-Conference First-Team in 2008.
He later signed with the Richmond Kickers of the USL Second Division in April 2009, where he played for five years.
Kalungi also featured for Proline FC in Uganda, Carolina RailHawks, and Charlotte Independence but also boasts 15 official Uganda Cranes appearances.
