From July 3rd to July 8th, 2024, Okocha traveled to the Maldives to participate in a number of community projects and to show off the island's natural beauty to his large fan base and PSG's global following.
He attended an intimate meet-and-greet with prominent football players from the Maldives, including both current and former players, as well as sports journalists.
Subsequently, Okocha engaged in a 6-on-6 futsal competition with a Maziya squad.
He participated in the PSG Academy's youth football training camps in the Maldives.
In the end, he participated in an untimed 5-kilometer fun run to conclude his trip to the Maldives.
