Mac Allister is an improvement over what Klopp and company already have, and the Argentine is set to start for Liverpool.
Mac Allister dumps girlfriend for her best friend
According to a report by the Daily Star, Mac Allister and his ex-girlfriend had a decisive breakup.
One person, however—his ex-girlfriend Camila Mayan—is not happy about the 24-year-old's relocation to Merseyside.
The new Liverpool midfielder split up with Mayan, whose Instagram is still flooded with his pictures, only days after his team, Argentina, won the World Cup the previous year.
Ailen Cova, a close friend of Mayan, is said to have become involved with Mac Allister barely two months later.
For the first time in public, Mac Allister and Cova recently appeared together at Lautaro Martinez of Inter Milan's wedding, where they were seen laughing and smiling.
Mac Allister is now expected to help stabilize the Liverpool midfield as they contend next season for the Europa League.
