Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is set to continue his style ahead of the start of the new season.
Arteta in an interview with GQ gave a preview of his mindset for the Gunners as they begin their new season in the community shield against Manchester City.

Arteta on losing the title to Manchester City
Arsenal led the league for nine months but at the end of the previous campaign, faltered.

The title went to Manchester City despite Arsenal having an eight-point lead in January and its young team playing some of the league's most attractive football.
Arteta required time to process the hurt and be sincere with himself when the season ended.
He told GQ, “I had to go through that and it took me a few weeks.

“I don’t know if I’ve gotten over it, and probably I don’t want to because I need that to be better.”
Arteta realized there were several player management strategies after studying the systems in other sports.
When Arteta arrived at Arsenal, he immediately recognized that the issue was how the club's members felt because he enjoys reading people and understanding what they desire.
