The Russian model has denied dating the Chelsea star after being linked to another footballer.
Violetta Bert, the stunning model linked to Chelsea star Mykhailo Mudryk, has come forward to dismiss swirling rumours of a new romance with Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie.
This comes after reports suggested that Bert had ended her association with the suspended Ukrainian winger.
Mudryk, 24, has been in hot water after testing positive for the banned substance Meldonium last month, leading to a suspension from football.
While the winger maintains his innocence, claiming the positive test was a mistake, the controversy has cast a shadow over his career.
Violetta Bert reacts to rumours she allegedly dumped Mudryk for McKennie
Bert, whose relationship with Mudryk was never officially confirmed, found herself at the centre of gossip after both she and McKennie shared photos from Courchevel, a luxurious French ski resort.
After eagle-eyed fans connected the dots, Bert was having none of it.
Taking to her Instagram, where she boasts impressive 779,000 followers, Bert posted a strong denial via her stories.
"Information for fake rumours," she wrote.
"I didn’t dump anyone and I’m not dating anyone! And I have never confirmed any relationship!"
Ski holiday sparks romance speculation
According to The Daily Mail, rumours intensified after Bert displayed a handwritten card that read, "Enjoy baby, Love. Merry Christmas," with the sender’s name obscured.
Many believed the card to be from Weston, especially as he shared – and later deleted – similar holiday snaps from Courchevel.
As the drama unfolds, Mudryk’s life appears to be spiralling.
Suspended from Chelsea since November, the £89m signing from Shakhtar Donetsk has missed five matches across all competitions.
With 10 goals in 73 appearances for the Blues, his future now hangs in the balance as investigations continue.
