Super Falcons squad for Cape Verde
A list of the 23 Super Falcons players invited to the Women's African Cup of Nations, or WAFCON, final round of matches has been made public by the Nigeria Football Federation, or NFF.
Michelle Alozie, will not be able to join the team as Chiamaka Nnadozie will lead 22 others.
In their most recent match, Nigeria trounced Ethiopia 5-1 overall, and with a victory, they would look to maintain their incredible record of qualifying for every WAFCON since the tournament's founding in 1998.
Prior to the pivotal match on Monday, the team's coach, Justin Madugu, released the list to the public, as per an NFF press release.

Super Falcons replacements
After forward Asisat Oshoala and midfielder Jennifer Echegini voluntarily avoided the Super Falcons team and coach Justin Madugu was forced to select replacements.
The two players received their plane tickets to fly to Nigeria a full week before they made their announcement on Saturday that they wouldn't be able to join the team, according to NFF Assistant Director (Technical), Abdulrafiu Yusuf.
In addition to attacker Ifeoma Onumonu, who asked to be left off due to injury, midfield mainstay Halimatu Ayinde is still sidelined due to injury. She missed Ethiopia's 2024 Olympics qualifying match last month.
Michelle Alozie informed the team administration that she would be having surgery.
Madugu has summoned Peace Efih, who is based in Portugal, to take up Ayinde's place once more.
Christy Ucheibe, a midfielder for the Rivers Angels, will be replaced by Motunrayo Ezekiel. Ucheibe is unable to fly from her base in Portugal to Nigeria.
The star forward for the Nigeria U20 Girls, Chioma Olise, will replace US-based Echegini, and Rivers Angels' Chiamaka Chukwu has been called up to replace Oshoala.

Time and Where to watch Super Falcons vs Cape Verde
The Super Falcons will play their opponents from Cape Verde in the first leg of their matchup at the MKO Abiola National Stadium in Abuja on Thursday, November 30.
The game will kick off at 5 PM Nigerian time and will be available on DSTV and the official NFF YouTube channel.
The second leg is set to take place on Tuesday, December 5 at the Santiago-Estadio Nacional Blue Shark in Praia.
