The Quarter final clash is a repeat of last year's final in Lagos where the Egyptian defeated Bello again.
The 15-year-old thrashed current West Africa 4-0, while Dina Meshref defeated Oribamise 4-1 to set a semi-final date with fellow Egyptian, Marwa Alhodaby.
In the Men's singles semi-final fixtures, Quadri Aruna will battle Mohamed El-Beiali, and the second semi-final will see Omar Assar and Antoine Razafinarivo.
The most decorated ping pong championship in Africa will witness the participating countries present two players each in men's and women's events, while Egypt, as the defending champions in men's and women's events, will nominate two players alongside the two champions.
